I really need to take a chill pill..

Anyone got an extra?
If so, can I have it?

I think I'm overanalyzing it all again.
CRAP.
I hate it when I do this.
Someone please tell me what I think is true.
Please oh please.
I hate guessing.

Hey you with the face!
Stop making me guess.
JUST SAY YAY OR NAY!
It's not hard.
Well, it's hard for me to say,
but it shouldn't be for you.

Truly.
You ARE a guy,
And guys are up front about things...
Right?!?

Blah Blah Blah.
That's my randomness for the night.
Sorry about the lame post.
:]

P.S. School is great.
Life is good.
And the baptism tonight that I went to, was spiritually uplifting.
Although, who knew 8 hours at church could wear you out when all I did was sit and listen... :] Oh well. NIGHT!

Okay Okay Okay!

I'll admit it.
I.
Like.
You.

Got it? Good.

Jeez people!
Thanks for making me feel like a total and complete idiot.
I appreciate it!
Really I do.

Fill-in-the-blank and yet more...

1.When I'm nervous I get very quiet and act super shy.

2. My favorite item in my closet is most definitely my peacoat. Well, that's actually when it actually IS in my closet. Most of the time, I'm wearing it.

3. Curling up on the couch with a good movie and some "Mormon tea" is my favorite thing to do when I need to relax.

4. My favorite childhood memory is my sister and I playing on the cow rocker, but using it as a seesaw and singing the "up-down-touch the ground" song from Winnie the Poo.

5. Something you may not know about me is I've been able to train animals that were labeled as "untrainable."

6. A true friend is someone who is there for you, no matter the time of day. Someone that you can talk to about anything. Someone that will push though the wall that you attempt to put up. They'll break down, and completely shatter your wall, and still be there for you. The one who attempts to understand, even if it's nearly impossible. The one that you can talk to all day long, and never run out of things to say. The one who changes your life, and helps you become who you want to become.

7. Something I hope people think of when they think of me is, that I'm a good friend and that I somehow impacted their life for the good and was as nice as possible to them most of the time. :]

Now, I can't take all the credit for this. Always Alexandria was the basis for this wonderful post! I love her blog, so you should go read it, but I warn you. If you're easily offended, I'd be careful.

And now, I get the great opportunity to do another post that was yet again, requested. But, I have a comment for him who requested this at the end.. (so make sure you read the whole dang thing.)

Girls are taught from day one that when a guys says you're hot, he's looking at your body. when he says you're pretty, he's looking at your face. When he says you're beautiful, he's looking at your heart. Guys, remember this when you're giving a girl a compliment. There are times where we want to be called all three, but this is how we think.

Not all girls want money out of you. The ones who are, give the rest of us a bad name. Many of us girls have pride. We may allow you to pay for dates, but that doesn't mean that we don't secretly want to pay you back. Don't get upset if we don't want you to pay for things. Most of the time, it means one thing. We are independent and would make a better girlfriend anyways. ;] Plus, you know that we aren't going to break your bank.

We consider it cheating if you do or say something to another girl, and don't tell us. It's maybe not in the world's definition. But really, if you don't have something to hide, why not just tell us? We're going to have a lot more respect for you if you do tell us, and we'll be less suspicious about things. If it's so harmless, then it won't hurt to tell us.

The best thing that you can be to a girl is her best friend. Friendship always comes before any good romantic relationship. In order to have a successful relationship, you have to be best friends. You have to understand each other. You have to be able to laugh, and learn how to fight with each other. The best relationship comes from a friendship. If you have a friend that you have grown to really like, let her know. It can't hurt. She more then likely savors your friendship. And who knows? She might feel the same way. You never know until you try.

Don't think that just because you don't tell us something, and are trying to hide something that we won't find out. Girls have this sixth sense that allows us to have connections that you don't realize we have. If you do or say something behind our backs, we will find out. It would be easier to either not say it at all, or just tell us yourself.

We check our phones constantly to see if you've texted us, and then we worry when we don't hear from you. We worry that we said something wrong, or that you're out doing something. We like to know we're on your mind. Text us. It makes us feel amazing and will more then likely make us smile.

One of our worst fears? Scaring you away. We are very very afraid of this. If you think we like you, but we haven't said it, that may be why. We are afraid of saying something stupid, making a fool of ourselves, or that you'll reject us. It's just how our minds work.

Call us before you go to sleep. AND after you wake up. We want you to be the last thing we hear before we go to bed. Send us a good morning text to wake up to. It's the best thing in the world to know we're the first and last thing on your mind every day.

We need to know how you feel about us. Often. We're girls, not mind readers :] Please tell us if you like us. It's not going to change a thing if we're a real friend. Man up. You may say you like us once, but we need to hear it more often, otherwise, we'll think you changed your mind because that's what guys do... often.

Once a girl reads these, she's wishing the guy she likes is reading it too. If you're a guy, and reading this... take it to heart. I'm doing my best to help you guys out while making my guy friends happy. Sorry for the very long post, but I feel it was needed. Now, for my oh so wonderful guy friends who very nicely asked for another one...

Get a girlfriend Doom mas! It will work a lot better then a blog post. Although I really love posting these.

Have a wonderful weekend loves!

Why isn't it possible...

I know I'm not the only one that has a lot to say to someone, but doesn't want to say it. Whether it's risking a friendship, being rejected, or just feeling stupid. Maybe you think this is going to be a post about how to tell them, or about me urging you to tell them. But, you're way off. I'm not going to be a hypocrite and tell you to get the guts up to tell them anything.

I've had many situations where I didn't want to tell someone something. I've had best friends that needed to hear how stupid they were being, but I didn't want to be the one to tell them. I've had guys that I've liked, but I didn't say a word. I've had things I needed to tell someone, but feared being looked at as stupid.

I'm looking at it now as, if things need to go the way I want them to, they will tell me what I need to hear in order to give me the guts to tell them. Does that make sense? I'm no longer going to make myself feel or sound stupid by opening my mouth before thinking. If they think the same thing, or want something out of me, they will say something. THEN, I will say something to them. I think that's the best way to go about it.

Now I might have your head spinning or something crazy like that, but I'm sure if you think about this, it will make sense... I hope.

Can I just say that THIS is the best song on the planet? And I think that it's pretty much... well yeah. :] Enjoy my wonderful readers!

I don't know why these are so popular..

But while cruising around facebook tonight, I got an IM from a friend who asked that I do another post about what guys should know about us girls. So, I guess I'll make him happy. haha. I'll do a couple of these every once in a while. I'm hoping you guys understand this, and I'm hoping you girls can agree.
By popular request:

*We absolutely HATE it when you break a promise to us.
It may not seem like a big deal to you, but to us, it was our one gateway to trust. Break down that gate, and you can just forget it. Make sure you don't promise us anything, if you can't keep it. It's that simple. It doesn't matter if it's a little promise, or a big promise. We will remember. Trust me.

* It's weird when you take longer to get ready than we do.
I mean really? How long should it take you to get ready. It's good when a guy can look presentable, but your hair should not take longer then 10 minutes to do. And if it does, then please don't tell us. It's scary.

*Usually, when a girl is sarcastically mean to you, it means she's attracted to you, but she's afraid that she'll be showing too much.
I cannot stress how true this one must be. Many times, we are trying to show you that we want to be in your life, and we want you to WANT to talk to us. We use humor to do that. We aren't meaning to be "mean" to you, but the sarcastic comments should give you a clue! :]

*Keep in mind that pretty much every girl has a group of guys, (friends, brothers and her Daddy) who will beat the crap out of you if cross the line.
It doesn't matter if it's guys that care about her that she's not interested in, family members, or friends. If you hurt her, take advantage of her, or say something completely disrespectful chances are there is someone out there that wants to kick your butt. Just hit your knees and pray that they either A) Can't ever find you or B) Have more important things to do in life.

*We don't care what our friends think of you, but we do care what your friends think of us.
We understand friends are important to you. If their important to you, and we care about you, we want to be close to your friends as well. We want them to urge you to hang out with us, be with us. We do realize that friends have a huge impact on male decisions when it comes to girls.

*Don't just say 'ok' when we say we don't want to talk about it.
I know this is what you THINK we want to hear. But, we don't. We want you to fight for us to tell you. We want to know you actually care. We WANT to tell you, but we want you to have to show that you actually really want to know. Weird right? I know.

*We over-analyze everything and we over-react to it all too.
It's just in a girl's nature to think "What did I do this time?" when you don't text us or call us one night after talking night after night for a while. We do analyze everything you do, say, or even text. We think about what it could mean, and what it couldn't mean. If you ignore us, we go from worrying, to being pissed off. Then we'll blow you off and over react when you simply just fell asleep early by accident. It's who we are. Most of it's a downside, but you should probably get used to it.

*We like it when you are protective of us.
It makes us feel special. Feeling like someone cares about you, and what happens to you is a big deal for us. If you act protective, we fall harder. This DOES NOT mean becoming controlling. We can talk to other guys, but if they ask us out, or say something mean we want you to take our side. We would take yours if the shoe was on the other foot.

*Don't let her have the last word.
Phone conversations should end with you telling us goodnight and to sleep well. If you do that, we will sleep well :]

More to come in a few posts. Bon Voyage!

By Annoying Popular Request

Braces Pictures... Don't laugh. I know I look 12.

And here's my favorite ones from today's adventure...

Fail to the Max

Yeah Yeah Yeah. I'm failing at this blogging thing. I know I know. Forgive me? Hang in there. I'll get one up sooner or later.

My life? Interesting. School is good. 2 B's 1 A at the moment. I'm missing Rexburg and want to go back to school. I want to go on a road trip. To where you may ask. North Dakota. Yes sir. And make no mistake about it, I WILL be going. I know all the reasons that I can't go. I've even made those excuses myself. But, when a friend like him wants to see you, it will happen. Even if that means putting my pride aside and allowing him to pay. I know, rough? Yes. I hate having people pay for things for me. I always have. (Well, other then my parents.) I do a lot for my friends, and have no issue paying for things for them, but when they want to pay for stuff for me I refuse. In this case, I can't refuse. Plus, I never went on a senior trip or anything. I just wanna get out and GO! North Dakota is harmless anyways. It's not like I'm going to Cancun right?

My metal mouth life is sucking to the max. I'm in pain, but I think I'm going to lose a huge amount of weight do to the fact that I can't eat more then tapioca and chocolate pudding. Anything else hurts. Warm Salt Water and Orajel has also become my best friend. It saves me the huge amount of pain from the oh so wonderful wires and brackets that happened to place themselves perfectly so that they cut my mouth open. Has it been 27 months yet?

So I've really really realized how non-stable my life is right now. My family is looking into buying a house. Like I don't already have enough issue going school, Mom's, Dad's. Now they want me to come home from school next time to a new house, and something that I can't even consider a room. I cannot wait to be able to just stay in ONE place, and have a real room, and not have to pack up and leave every 2 months. It's going to be wonderful. Reminds me of the Avril Lavigne song "Mobile." Yup. That's my life. :]

P.S. Anyone got a car that they wanna trade me for a week? My car shouldn't drive all the way to North Dakota. :/

Rough Weekend.

Alright. So I know I've been TERRIBLE at this whole blogging thing lately, but it's been a rough couple of days. Valentine's day, I ended up worrying about my guinea pig all day long. By the time nighttime came, he was on the brink of death. Needless to say, I spent Valentine's day night, in bed with my guinea pig. Didn't sleep at all. He laid by my side struggling for breath. I got up every 2 hours to syringe feed him food and water.

For those who don't know, he got an upper respiratory infection, and got put on antibiotics. Well, they worked for a little bit, but he all of a sudden got way worse. By Sunday, he was struggling for his life. The vet wasn't open on Sunday, but the Emergency Vet was. I wasn't about to take him there, unless it was to put him down. 10PM rolls around, and I'm making the decision to put him down. The first time, I wrapped him up and picked him up to take him, and he perked up. I decided to give it time. Then later, I couldn't handle it anymore. Picked him up to take him again, and just as I reached for the doorknob, he squeaked...So yeah. That kinda broke me. I decided to see if he could make it through the night, and I'd take him into our vet the next morning right as they opened. Hence the not sleeping. I pet him, held him, rocked him all night long. What guinea pig gets to sleep in a bed all night long? Rico does.

Morning came. I took him in, and basically, in their own words, they said they couldn't do much. I looked at him, and couldn't see him breath like that anymore. He was tired, struggling, and in pain. I didn't want to let him go, but it wasn't fair to leave him like that anymore. I made the hardest decision of my life, literally. I signed the worst piece of paper I have ever signed. I handed him over to the vet, and knew they next time I held him in my arms, he would be in a box. I know people may think "It's a guinea pig." But seriously. No matter WHAT it is, it's a pet. You gain a relationship with any animal, no matter what it is. 4 months ago, it wouldn't have tore me up. I wouldn't have bawled for hours. I wouldn't cry now thinking about him. He was just a guinea pig months ago. But since I've been home, I gained the strongest bond with him. Having him laying in my bed next to me made me realize how much I loved him. How much I cared about him. How much I wanted to do all I could for him. He WAS my baby. Always will be.

I love you Rico. I'm sorry I couldn't do more then I did. You will always be my baby.

Boys: Do you wanna know?

So after having a very lengthy discussion with my best friend, we decided what really does make a girl want to have a heart attack right there in front of you. WARNING: THESE THINGS MAY SURPRISE YOU. READING THIS MAY INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF HEART ATTACK, STROKE, OR ASTHMA ATTACK. THESE MAY ALSO MAKE YOU THINK BEFORE YOU GO SEE A GIRL AND MAY EVEN RESULT IN A DISCUSSION ABOUT WHAT THE GIRL YOU LIKE, LIKES.

I know this may surprise you but I've realized that there are more girls that think similar then I thought.

-Button up shirts, rolled up to your elbows. YUMMY. I don't know what it is about this, but Jeez. I see a guy walk in my door with a collared, button up shirt with the sleeves rolled to the elbow that makes me flip. It's so hot and it shows off their arms. Yes!
-Guys who come home from hunting and how they smell. Guys come home and they're like "Don't hug us, we stink." Well duh! But us non-city girls LOVE it. It smells like the outdoors. The woods. And guns. Yes, guns have a smell.
-Mechanics with their shirts rolled up at the sleeves and covered in dirt and oil. Yet another one that some girls may say "Ew." to. But, I don't even care. It's hot, and you know it. ;]
-Hollister, AXE, and Ambercrombie cologne. Smell is EVERYTHING to a lot of girls, and these three have been mentioned in discussions I've been in OVER and OVER. Personally, the Hollister is my favorite. I'll walk by it in the mall, and literally go in just for the smell. Yes. I really do that. But wear ANY of these, and BAM!
-ARMS. If you hug us and we feel safe, then you know what we mean. Skinny? No. Fat? No. Steroidy? NO! Country boy/Natural arms? YES! It's like the ones where you can FEEL muscle definition, but can't completely SEE muscle definition. Ya know what I mean jellybean?
-Guys and their trucks. Oh jeez. Leaning against your truck is probably the best thing you can do. It makes us want to hyperventilate. Let's get one thing straight. If you drive a Ford, you might as well be driving a Mini Cooper. Fords are NOT attractive. ;] Chevy or Dodge. Yes. What makes it better? If it's black. What makes it worse? If you treat it like it's your baby and we hear about it 24/7. I DONT CARE! I just like to look at it, and if you want, you can let me drive it. Pretty please?
-Being a gentleman. Boys, open our doors and pay for our dates. It's that simple. Let's talk. If you "forget" your wallet at dinner, I'm paying for MY dinner, and leaving your butt there. Plain and simple. I bring money just in case you're a complete dimwit and just in case I have to have a reason to walk out on you when you're being that dimwit. Also, if you forget your wallet, don't expect me to ever remember your name, or phone number again. :] haha.
-A guy playing piano. Shows you're talented. If you sing along with it, it increases your amazingness level by 1000. Except if you can't sing. Then you should probably shut up. I don't need my ears to bleed. Thank you. (This goes for guitar players too.)
-Holding a child. There is something so cute about a guy who is holding, or playing with a little kid. We see your inner child, but your sensitive side too. Some girls might say "Awww. If WE have kids he'd be great." NO! Some of us are just thinking, awww. How cute and the future like THAT doesn't cross our minds. It is cute though.

I'm sure there are many more things that a guy does can just make us girls want to pass out, but right now, I can't think of any. :] Give me a break for once. mmk? Gracious. I'm off to bed. NIGHTY NIGHT!

Things a Girl Won't tell you...

1. We Love to watch you chase us: I'm not going to lie. Making you chase us really entertains us. Although, we know there is a time where we need to let you catch us. But in the beginning, making you work for it makes us take a step back and realize who you might really be, how bad you want us, and if you are willing to fight for something you want. Some girls, however, take this to a whole new level, and nothing is ever accomplished because neither wants to "drop" the other. You just run around in circles and no one ever gets tired of it. But what is this doing for either of you? Nothing. Nothing at all. Boys, let us know you want us. Don't try to see if we'll text you first, or if we will call you. Because guess what? We're probably doing the EXACT same thing.

2. We want you to watch a chick flick with us: I'm sure there will be a time, or many times, where we watch your manly shows. Or better yet, your manly movies. But seriously. Offer to let us watch our choice movie every once in a while. And don't make us feel stupid about it either. Better yet, offer to take us to a movie we've been raving about for months. It will make us feel special and we will realize that you do like spending time with us. You even like our girly side.

3. Getting us something for a holiday, or our birthday, doesn't make us ALL go obsessive: Contrary to popular belief, not all girls go goo-goo-ga-ga over getting something from a guy. If you like a girl, and valentine's day is coming up, get her something. It doesn't mean you want to marry her, but it does mean that you like her enough to think about her and get her something. That means you had to think about her while at the store as well. Just do it.

4. When we ask, or talk about another girl that you might like, or joke about you hooking up with someone, we don't normally want it to actually happen: I know this happens a lot. Girls talk about another girl. Ask about how you and another girl are doing, but in reality we don't want to know. We are trying to get the juicy details and see how far out of reach you are from us. If we joke about you kissing another girl or us hooking you up with a friend, we want a response that means you don't want that. We don't want a "Yeah, she's way cute." You'll get a lot more attention if you put the attention back on us. That's just how we work.

5. We want you to text us first: Sometimes we may give in to our oh so strong feeling to text you first. But if you don't hear from us by 8PM, it's time to text us. The reason we haven't texted you may be A) We've been really busy. B) We've been waiting for YOU to text US because it means YOU are thinking about us and YOU want to actually talk. C) We really don't want to talk to you. You'll know we don't want to talk to you if you never get a text back. Simple enough right?

I'm sure I'll come up with some more. In fact, readers, now's your time to put you input in. Comment and let me know what else girls won't tell us. And for you guys out there, same thing. What do you guys think about that you don't mention to us girls? I'll compile them and make them into a post. :] Go! Go! Go!

Feb. 14th.

I would like to know who came up with such a stupid holiday. First off, If you have a boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife/fiance that needs a specific day to show you they love or care about you, then they really are lame sauce and you should dump them anyways. I'm going to google who came up with it.

Go figure. It was good ol' Saint Valentine... Duh. Here's my letter to you Mr. Valentine.

Dear Saint Valentine,
Instead of calling this day "Valentine's Day" why don't you call it "Single-awareness-or-stress-over-what-to-get-your-loved-one day." Seriously. For those who are single, you want to gag. You see all the flowers, hearts, red, chocolates, $40 teddy bears at walmart. You see the couples all in love and stuff. And well, all it does is remind you that A) you are single. or B) You don't have anyone that likes you enough to give you something. I feel really bad for those high/middle schoolers who see the girls walking down the hall with balloons, roses, a box of chocolate, and her friend is behind her carrying her teddy bear. Funny thing is, each gift is probably from a different guy. Did you ever think about that Mr. Valentine? Doubt it. What about when you were in elementary school and your teachers made you make the little boxes out of shoeboxes and you had to spend hours writing EVERYONE in your class a valentine. Even the one's you hated. And you had to read the valentine before putting a name on it just to make sure it wasn't something too nice for someone you didn't get along with. Did you think about that? Did you think about the couples who worry a lot about what to get the other person. That's a lot of stress. It really sucks when that happens. Please, next time, think about all of this.

Love,
Autumn

Okay, so I know it sounds like I have this severe hostility towards Valentine's day. I really don't. Okay I do. But, it's not because I'm single. Or that no one likes me enough. Last year I got things from 2 people, but it felt a little awkward. I guess I just have never understood the point. Hmmm....

Anyways, Saints won the Super Bowl today. It was great. I was going for the Colts, but halfway through I decided that I wanted New Orleans to win because they deserved it in my opinion. :] GREAT GAME.

Our ward split came up today. I'm very happy with it all actually. Well, there's one teeny thing that I'm hating right now, but MOST of the bishopric is going to be awesome. I just don't get how they can get someone so judgmental, rude, inconsiderate, and completely cocky in that position. THAT position at that. I understand the whole "God put him there so there must be a reason thing." It's probably to teach him not to be so freaking judgmental to everyone. Well guess what? I won't be the guinea pig. I don't think he belongs there. Question is, I know a lot of people feel the same. Why did EVERYONE sustain him? Hmmmm. If I would have been there, I wouldn't have. I like how I can do this, not mention a name, and only few will know who I'm actually talking about. I'm sure many THINK they know, but are totally and completely wrong.

I love that this is MY blog and I can say anything I want to. :] Heck.Freaking.Yes.

Oh, and here's me messing with my photos....

Another Night At the Movies...

I did what a lot of other girls did tonight. I went to see the movie "Dear John" which, by the way, I've been waiting months and months to see. As a personal review; WAIT. Wait until it comes out on Redbox to spend money on it. I read the book and I think that the movie was put together terribly. Everything was very choppy, and I didn't feel much chemistry at all. I think the acting wasn't all that great either. It was nothing at all like the book. All in all, I was severely disappointed.

Another reason why I hated this movie? Well, as many know. I considered myself an MG (Missionary Girl) for a long time. I was writing one on a weekly basis. That movie reminded me of how hard it is to say goodbye, and how much letter writing SUCKS. This doesn't mean I'll stop writing my many friends that are out on missions, but trying to show and tell feelings on a piece of paper is near impossible and sometimes, like in my case, it doesn't work out.

Watching a romance movie like that made me sad. I hate knowing that I have seen that happen in my life, and I have to watch them walk out again. For 2 years. No matter who I want to grow close to, unless they have returned from a mission, I have a wall to put up. Same goes for those in the services. I have a marine friend that I had to explain to why girls won't date him. It's hard. It's hard to keep up a relationship through letters for months, sometimes years, on end. So yes. I bawled. The.Entire.Way.Through. I'm such a girl. Right?

I know this sounds really lame to many of you, but had to take dear ol' Rico to the vet today. He got an infection in his lungs, and if you don't know, in a guinea pig that's deadly. And I'm not talking deadly in weeks. I'm talking deadly in hours. They decline way fast. He's on antibiotics and we hope to have him feeling better way soon.

Bedtime? Si Senor.

Biggest Loser

Yeah. You know Jillian. The trainer from Biggest Loser? Well, basically she just killed me. I did a workout of hers, and I can't feel my body. Heck, my leg could get chopped off and I'd probably feel better then I do now. Funny thing is, I LOVE IT! Hence why I will do it 5 times a week. Plus, I'm now on the Special K diet. Oh jeez. My dad is going to kill me. That crap is EXPENSIVE. I blew through money today like it was my job. Luckily it was on food though. And it's to make me healthier. Now what's left to pay for?

Dear John Friday;
Gas (I only have a quarter tank);
$20 for my chiropractor appointment tomorrow;

I think that's about it :] Maybe. I hope. Money sucks. Wait no. NOT having money sucks. BLAH! Lame!
The ability to grasp the concept of the male race is one thing I have yet to master.
What goes through their head?
What do they want?
Where did they come from?

Any ideas? Please enlighten me :]
